I think the fourth turning was really an interesting thing to me I think of Ray Dalio. The reason that interest rates have dropped and almost negligible through the last 20 years is that technology has commoditized everything. We are kind of anticipating getting into a new cycle of you know the handoff from one I guess the baby we were generations of the next generation. There's concepts about or the increase of productivity of Canadian farmland and the desertification of certain areas in Africa or the United States even expansion of deserts.
