Most people who are interested in self development talk about it in a particular way. And so you have to understand who am i really talking to? What language do they use, versus what language do i use? Just go on google and type in the different stuff that you are sort of working with,. Out of that flows the customer that you're after, oftentimes. It doesn't matter if your brand is j t, or at nex level human or any of this kind of stuff; just be able to say 'I'm looking for something I can get from someone else'
