Chief Financial Officer Alan Weiselberg accepted a plea deal with prosecutors in August. He pleaded guilty to receiving $1.7 million worth of off the books compensation. With his deal, he's expected to get a jail sentence of about five months and likely less with credit for good behavior. The Trump Organization faces a maximum fine of $1.6 million.
