Diversity in the Industry

I would like to see more women, more people of color, more diversity in our industry. I don't think we've grown at all since I've been in the industry. So, and this comes back from just how I was raised. My parents were very big about giving back. It's not if, but when you get to the top, you got to go back there? Because if you don't, what's it all for?
