Netflix's Disadvantages

The rest of the streaming space continues to look like a disaster and there's all these people lighting money on fire. Do you think there are lessons here for some of those players or is Netflix a unique case because of the massive scale they were starting with? Well, everyone else sort of already knew this was what they should do. It wasn't just me saying they should do ads. There's been people on Wall Street that have been calling for for ages. So who knows, but they got there eventually.
