New York State Taxes - Do You Have a Funding Plan?

Do you have a funding plan or is it to be determined? We have an outline, the specific source of funding. And what I would say to that question is both, if you look at the current budget of $222 billion that we passed last year, this would comprise 1.5% of that in terms of what this package would demand in immediate spending on an annual basis. But yet, we must also understand that this budget does not represent the totality of revenue that is available to the state.
