The more countries connected in that way, the more you can do. But what do those connections look like? I shouldn't be imagining just a big, long extension cord, should i? These are big cables. They're very hard to handle. To lay them in the sea, you need specialist ships. And i got to visit one called the nexanse aurora - run by a french cableing company.
