How Do You Create a Culture That Goes Beyond Yet Them?

i like to tailor my communications to the way that different people receive messages, right? Ecause every message is sent and received. I can't necessarily control how somebody will receive what i'm trying to tell them, but i can certainly control the way i send it. And typically it gets support of stakeholders as i go along, because people start to get it. It does take time, but i think we can all train ourselves to have a little bit more fun with how we unate  and not default to a meeting....
