How to Make Your UX Team More Engaged

We decided to break our team of five designers into dedicated UX resources by assigning each designer to two specific pods. Each pod knew exactly who to talk to and each designer was way more in tune with what those pods were working on. We worked closely with the lead engineers to implement a component library using Storybook that JS. And we ended up producing a lot of time spent answering questions later.
