Is There a Maritocracy?

I think the remedy is for people who have some advantages to recognize that it isn't a fair playing field. I think businesses are increasingly reckoning with that themselves, and im i mean, certainly they r doing small things in general. There can be more done there too, there's no question about it. And as a consequence, we, all of us, as a society, are missing out on genius, invention, beauty from people who didn't have those opportunities. That's a social tragedy. The more we can give more opportunity to draw on their talents, the better off we're going to be.
