How to Reduce Intensity and Pick an Alternate
If you don't really want to reduce the intensity, if you can just pick a shorter duration and still hit the same zones and systems. It is a needed type of workout to have some days that are not screaming hard,. especially when you have other things stacked with a closely and limited time sleep. If you aren't on a low volume plan, it sounds like it could be helpful in your case to do beyond a lowvolume plan.
