The Propaganda of Hezekiah

Hezekiah said he would take the Israelites to a land like your own. He then contradicts himself and says, has any of the gods of the nations ever delivered his land out of the king of Assyria? That's just I mean, it just sounds like way over the top. Little little to utopian.
