When I think about politics, it feels like very often we castigate politicians when they change their minds on something. It feels as if the norm of consistency is actually something that we punish people with. With that, I prefer that politician. Provided I agree that the information is valid, that's the sort of person I want to be making judgments based on current and valid evidence.
