How to Interview a Manager?
Wijikul: It's hard to interview managers. You want to ask someone who's been there a year or two, what's the stuff that you've got to work on? What's the thing that this place does better than anywhere else? That kind of thing. I do think you can pressure test a little bit with a manager. Manager's job is to let you do your job. If you're not able to do your job, then you're managing your scaling. Like, in various capacities, whether it's celerated or because some product manager isn't getting used to what you need.
