Is There Anything Left for Biden to Do on Guns Without Congress?

Gun control advocates, among them senator chris murphy have been frustrated with the bide administration for not doing more on the issue. It sounds like some outside activists want the issue of gun violence to be handled by some sort of czar inside the white house. But so, you know, two out of three, a parts of that wish list were handled to day, seemingly ye. And it does seem like legislation is going to be the most meaningful action we can take.
