For Olympians, it's a nice one. They generally know what it will be like. And the way that we mentally contrast is going to be breakdown those big, big goals into tier targets or milestones. We keep breaking it back down to what we would call process goals, things that you can control like today. So how do you get there? To get there, I need to work on my footwork around the court.
