Cloud Seeding - The First Scientific Breakthrough
Cloud seeding and its modern technologies really originated around 1946, 1947 at the General Electric Laboratories in Skenethity, New York. When you get ice in a cloud it's much more likely that you could get precipitation out of it. The other technique General Electric was by Bernie Vonnegut which is a hexagonal shaped crystal a molecule actually that makes the clouds think that there's ice in the cloud.
