Is the Industrial Revolution a Problem?
i lik a problem is, if we look at the industrial revolution that happened and unfolded over the course of many decades. I think all of the institutions government would use to find out about what's going on are not able to keep up with pace of progress. We're really not good at forecasting over long time ranges. The problem is not even being able to react to information at arises.
