Exam roomies are just cracking me up today so we had the question about eating too many tomatoes he and now is wondering whether it's possible to eat too many beans. If you're still hungry after dinner go back and have another portion those are healthy foods. I've got grains vegetables fruits and those foods are high in fiber to fill you up they've got healthy complex carbs to nourish your body and give you energy.
