Alexander technique is a way to unlearn habitual ways of being. It's a way to notice how we have actually respond to things in the world and learn to say no to them in a constructive way. And beyond that it's once you can say no in a constructive Way how do you then choose to be in the world in a more appropriate way? That's a very good way to explain it. So how long have you been doing this? I started training as a teacher in 2014 and I became a teacher in 2017I've been kind of teaching on the side since then but my main activities are going back to the school where I trained once a month and helping train other training teachers.
