The Importance of Minimum Commitment
I've got no problem with a minimum commitment, but I think it should be a minimum commitment on both sides. There's not really many cases where something that dramatic is going to happen. But there's also not that many cases where a tenant is going to come in and abuse it or basically use your properties as a holiday. So again, it's that balance and the likelihood of all these things are edge cases. And that's what makes me uncomfortable with these changes.
