Do You Have a Fear of Food?
If the diet is not couched in the right way, people can start to form this fear of food. The more we make diet like religion, we make it harder for people to find the dietary advice that they need without something like slipping into orthorexia. And especially for FOBMAP-containing foods, many of these are quite healthy. So we want to be careful not to represent them as foods that will be a problem in the long term.
