In december of 20 18, i was away from work and out of nowhere for me my wife had a really bad anxiety attack. And she kind of, even till to this day, still sometimes suffers from a p t s d of that attack. So just knowing the life style i was living, you know, this kind of flying back and forth, drinking beer, sometimes i'd run,. Sometimes i would and i was heavier than i've ever been in this time frame. That was kind of a wake up call for all of us. I think nine times out of ten, the old me would have just been like, a that's it, like, i'm done. But
