Horizon 2020 - How Did You Approach Live Work?
Marsia was hired by Horizon 2020, a service design practice based in London. The company is employee owned and has around 30 people working on the live work side of its business. Marsia says she had been reading a book about service design from insight to implementation before taking up her new role with them. She said it helped her see that they were doing some good things for their customers.
