Steve Ruffley transitioned from a highly competitive trading floor environment to trading professionally as a retail trader. Intrigued, he joined their intense graduate program, enduring six weeks of brutal tests where failure meant dismissal. This experience undoubtedly shaped his trading mindset, philosophy, and technique, where risk is not a dirty word, and size and speed are essential.
