What Is Luke Doing Here?

Brent: Paul is starting to look more and more like who, Brent. Jesus. The Holy Spirit has a hard time remembering the exact number when he inspired Luke to write it down? I mean, what was it? Holy Spirit? Was it eleven? Was it twelve? Was it thirteen? Apparently what we're supposed to hear is about twelve. But why? Why does the Holy Spirit do this? Here's why.
