How Do We Adjust Our Clocks for the DST Switch?

In the US, the time change occurs at 2am on March 12th. This is when daylight saving time begins and then we'll be going back to standard time in November. We're moving our clocks forward an hour, essentially losing that hour. The most straightforward thing we can do is start working on shifting our schedules before the time change happens.
