The Importance of Limitations in Creativity
I'm just curious. Do you have any examples where someone created their own limitation in order to come up with something great? Tom Sawyer would want to make it the hardest thing possible so that he'd have something he can play with and we can invent. Monty Python and the Holy Grail, they didn't have the budget for horses. So they figured, well, if you do coconuts together, it sounded like horses clapping. It's not inventing it, but if you're making creativity a game, why not? Why not put a limitation on yourself, make it harder for you?
