How to Create Inspiration Sessions on Instagram

I would love to maybe pick your brain a little bit, get into some of the details around how you come up with these ideas. How do you sort them? How do you make them? I feel like that's maybe even more of the story than actually the invention itself. But yeah, I want to hear like, do they just come to you? Like you just walk down the street that just pops in your mind or do you sit down and list out a bunch of things and sort through them?How does that work? It's definitely a mix. Probably more timed. It's things that'll just like, I'll be sitting somewhere and something happens and it triggers an idea.
