Melatonin Levels Drop When You Wake Up

Melatonin is a night hormone that means you have to measure it in every half an hour of one hour throughout. In the morning melatonin levels usually drop and if you're not using a alarm clock your natural melatonin level begins to drop maybe half an hour before you wake up but it goes to baseline or undetectable level which can take an hour or two even in the presence of bright light. It takes somewhere between again 30 minutes to two hours for your melatonin levels to go down to baseline so now because it becomes okay.
