Japanese people are introverted, unless you'e go in to osaka or corve. From what iu've seen, everyone looks friendly there. I don't know if i would do it driving in tokio. It's not like the level of car ownership in other agent cities such as indanesia and china. But they do exiet a i in Japan, car ownerships pretty low.
