Sleep Apnea - What Is Sleep Hygiene?
Sleep hygiene is what I was talking about a little bit ago. That's to make sure that you have the most conducive environment to sleep. A lot of times, if you're watching a TV program and people think this is really good. It helps me wind down. But it does it because you have to engage your brain while you're watching TV. And with sleep hygiene, we always say you should never be in bed for more than 30 minutes. The bed is for sleep and sex. It's not for working on your computer or doing anything else like that.
