The north star is basically what my caracter of engineering and i've defined. We have defined it. It doesn't change. Those are those that my tenlead me and our whole team decided that these will remain the objectives we're trying to build right down. I can't go into a lot of detail about the objectives. But the rest of it is that the matrex coly coming from very concrete sources of data including there was a funny little one that i saw yesterday. The idea is that this keeps your team well alined and moving in the right direction. And it also enables them to see the bigger picture, which is very important. You know, if you think about it
