The Multi-Level Marketing Industry's Need to Prevent Fraud

The multi-level marketing industry has one single need from government. They don't really need lifting of regulations or favorable tax breaks any more than other companies. But they have one existential need and that is to prevent fraud prosecution, either civil or criminal. The Herbalife case didn't cause the industry to come crashing down as much as people hoped it would.
