The Challenge Is to Create a Talent Pool

El salvador is working on a diploma programme for students to learn about bit coin and earn pitcoin. The idea is that in this pilot programme, like the top students, we'll get like a paid ent turn ship, or eno a pathway to to a job here with a bitcoin company. And one of the great things about bit coin is that changes our time preference, right? So i think, i really think tat we could change communities with bitcoin education here and encourage to change their time preference.
