German Chocolate Cakes

When I was a child, my grandmother would make this homemade peach ice cream on my birthday every year and the texture of it bothered me profoundly. And so she kept making it. Let's try something else. This isn't actually my favorite thing. Patrick doesn't like nuts in his baked goods generally. You leave that out of fudge. But he loves them in like the icing on German chocolate cake.
