Is the Pay Disparity a Big Problem?

Socker is a global sport, unlike no other. I know that several players did choose to go abroad and play abroad because they wanted more playing time. These are professional athletes, and this is their career. We're like, if you think about it, only four per cent of all media. That's not even close to being equal. So for me, if we can continue to do the things that we did this summer and put our incredibly talented athletes front and centre with women's sports, then that's going to develop us into the kind of power house sports league where compensation will grow and needs to grow....
