Banscon is one of the busiest co working spaces, on capacity, that i've ever seen. It seems like it's the only place that really people are paying for community. Sometimes they call working space has a small part of this success by making connections or by inspiring people to do something. But often its really the drife of the people themselves. And what i see most is, like everyone who is starting a business, in the beginning, people are always a litle bit negative.
