The Stability of an Easy Blocker Versus a Double-Lumen Tube

Anesthesiologists generally support the stability of double-lumen tubes versus bronchial blockers from their perspective. The study looked at 163 patients who were scheduled to undergo thoracic surgery requiring one lung ventilation. Patients were randomly assigned to receive either a left-sided double- lumen tube or an easy blocker for right or left-sided cases.
