What's the Biggest Thing About Twitter?

The big thing i found on twitter, mainlya, was the educational aspect. I can't see us going back to the old model without combining ith with some sort of function like that. There's an important function that we all exercise, consciously or not, where you really have to filter out the stuff that, you know, makes its way to Twitter. And t this filtering function is so key,.  You really have to listen to the people you want to listen to and start making valued judgments about some of the other stuff you hear. It's been the most stimulating time in my life intellectually. In fact, i don't even have any background in infectious disease or immunology
