Wee: I like to run teams that have predictability. And i like to ensure that anything within a three month or quarterly window is more than 80 % accurate. Anything after three months can be less accurate, because we're going to do it this quarterly exercise anyway. Weve got our teams formed, we've got tight lines that we can hit within a three-month period and then we start executing the clock. That's so far out we don't really need to worry about it for most cases," he says. Wee: But if customers ask us about something that's not on the immediate road map, throw it into the six month time frame.
Today’s episode is with Nick Caldwell, VP of Engineering at Twitter. Previously, Nick was at Microsoft for 15 years, eventually becoming GM of Power BI. Nick has also held roles as Reddit’s VP of Engineering and Looker’s Chief Product and Engineering Officer.
