I'm always, what's very interesting for me is always ask what's your pet project? What are you actually working on right now? And I want to see like your GitHub, what kind of personal stuff are you building? And usually people's the right candidates that my favorite candidates are the ones that light up. Right? Like when you talk about how do you learn? What are they learning right now? Show me what you're doing and hopefully that engages them in a way that doesn't really do anything at all with their answer. That person doesn't typically make it to the next part of the interview because they don't have that answer. You know, we would definitely hire somebody
