Immigration and rights to work in a certain country is becoming something that employers are more particular about. I think there are quite a number of people who have have done this and not gone on to the work permit. The top MBB schools these days increasingly ask for candidates to apply back to their country of origin they don't want or as much as possible. It's incredibly disappointing right it's disheartening to know that Indian passport holders who did their programming in Syria got an offer from one of the top tech companies in the world and couldn't take the job because they couldn't get the right papers for it. really so even when you're employed you can keep extending that IANG visa
