The parable shows us that the mercy of the king free the servant to live an unencumbered life, where nothing was hindering him in his life. In doing so, you will be rehearsing the gospel and making the name of jesus well known by being a person of mercy. And if you don't heal from what hurt you, you'll bleed on people who didn't cuth you.
