I think these things are so hard to build that like ideas are a dime a dozen. But you have to talk about keeping it simple. Yes, it's three circles and they overlap. One circle is what do I have experience at slash what am I good at? And if that circle ain't there, it doesn't matter what you work on. There are a lot of startups that exist that just no one needs or very small markets need.
