The Weather Man

Charles bilton, formerly jonathan emery, the weather man. He took his top off to protest against a local beauty spot being taken over by developers. The cumberland reservoir is where he first learnt to win surf and proposed to his wife. Charles had planned to write on his chest about this moment but forgot in excitement of broadcast. And now he was living in complete squalor with no toilet or running water.
