The Effects of Avoidance on Relationships

How do we know that we're going to be liked by anybody? Sometimes people will go to inordinate with avoidant personality. They show restraint and intimate relationships because of the fear of being shamed or ridiculed so they can show a lot of restraint in showing affection. Is inhibited and new into situations because of feelings of inadequacy.
