The Strength of a Core in a Skyscraper
Having that shape of core alone is a lot stronger than your regular i mean we're used to seeing rectangular cores. 22 bishop's gate in london is 63 stories and it looked as if the world would soon be getting its next tallest building. By 2017 jettert tower had reached 63 stories above the desert which is around a third of its final height. It has two open floors where air can blow through the building deliberately to address wind load issues.
