The First Amendment on State University Campuses

The First Amendment absolutely applies to the state schools. Things that are ugly, things that are offensive are still covered by the First Amendment. A lot of students get to campus when they're 18, 19 years old, and they have never really received a proper civics education. And so I think there's just mindset shift that has to occur as well.
