There are three things you can do to stop a mass shooting. You can find the gun, figure out who the shooter is beforehand or secure locations. It's sensible to put more defense into schools; that does not mean teachers carrying weapons. Red flag laws could have prevented some of these shootings if they had been paid attention to earlier.
